The habit of fitness
I want you to imagine yourself finally finishing work after a long, tiring day.
You get in your car exhausted, taking a short breather before you prepare for the 45 minute commute home.
After your breather, you start the car and begin the commute home.
As usual, there’s bumper to bumper traffic the whole way home.
Stop, go. Stop, go. Stop, go.
After 45 minutes of other drivers cutting you off, not letting you merge into their lanes, and tailgating you, you finally reach home.
After getting home, you quickly change into your workout clothes.
You walk back out the door.
You begin your daily run.
It’s a beautiful day.
You see the vivid, changing colors in the sky and clouds as the sun sets.
You say “hi” to your neighbors with a smile on your face.
You get to pet that dog behind the fence that is always happy to see you as you pass by.
Finally, you finish your run and get back home.
The stressors of your work, long commutes, and crazy drivers have disappeared.
You are reenergized by the endorphins you gained from your workout routine, from the beautiful sunset you got to experience, from the smiling faces of your neighbors, from the happy dog you got to pet, and from making a personal best record run.
You now have the energy to play with your kids / talk with your spouse / work on your side hustle / go on that date / hang out with your friends.
This all came automatic to you.
You didn’t worry about having enough energy to work out.
You didn’t make excuses like you were too tired from work, the commute was too long, or you were in a bad mood because of crazy drivers.
You just did it automatically, without thinking.
Because it was part of your daily habits.
And in this course, you will learn how to incorporate these habits in your everyday life.
What is the “The habit of fitness” course about?
This course outlines the starting point to becoming an athlete.
It is a guided process for people who would like to become fit and make working out a habitual part of their life.
This is not the standard fitness course that teaches sets, reps, intensity, and exercises. This is a course to teach you how to gain a HABIT of fitness, rather than a typical fitness program that tells you what exercises to do.
Becoming fit, muscular, and lean takes time.
A LOT of time.
And in order to get there, you must have a HABIT of fitness.
“Working out is too hard.”
- You’re overcomplicating things that are actually quite simple.
“I don’t have enough time to work out.”
- You can work out with as little as 2 minutes a day.
“I’m injured.”
- There are plenty of exercises and activities you can do despite your injury. I guarantee it.
“I need motivation to work out.”
- To complement this course, I have put together a community of people just like you (it’s free…for now), all aiming to get fit. They are all striving to improve their bodies and minds every day. In addition to that, you can keep each other accountable to your goals. You can join the community in this link (hyperlink).
This course is for people who:
- Want a fun, quick, and easy way to gain a fitness habit
- Want to have a hobby that will improve their self-confidence and self-respect over time
- Want to take responsibility for their own progress
Here is a quick summary of what you will be learning in “The habit of fitness.”
- You will develop a HABIT of health and fitness.
- You will learn how to make working out EASY.
- You will begin to identify as an ATHLETE.
